Representing the client in a number of administrative proceedings concerning various obligations under the Waste Act.

Legal advice in connection with disputes between owners affected by the construction of a section of the D3 motorway (Tábor bypass) in order to ensure the necessary rights to unblock construction, including representation in extrajudicial negotiations and in expropriation proceedings.
Representation in several proceedings before administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court, concerning actions for revocation of a building permit for public infrastructure (Highway D11, construction 1107 Smiřice – Jaroměř).
