Our office has long handled construction projects and real estate, from all possible angles, from the issue of contractual relations related to design and construction activities, concessions, leases, lease and development projects, to litigation related to construction and real estate.

We provide our clients in the public sector with full legal service, but we are especially recognized and regularly highly praised for our expertise in the areas of public procurement and concessions, including public works contracts. Among law firms, we are pioneers of the modern design & build method, among other things. Our long-term cooperation with experts in the economics of buildings, engineers and architects, who are part of our team, also makes a significant contribution to the top quality of our services in this area.

An integral part of our services is the support of real estate transactions, whether they are asset deals or share deals and the issue of rights in rem to individual elements of the energy and water management infrastructure in the Czech Republic, where we have unique know-how.

We also provide explanatory opinions on the new Building Act to our clients. Our colleagues contributed to the preparation of a range of amendment proposals during the legislation process in Parliament, so they have a special understanding of that pivotal building regulation. We can therefore organise training seminars for our clients to inform their employees about the main changes brought about by the Act.
