For the client, we have carried out tenders for the selection of contractors for two parts of the first operational section of the construction of the D metro line in Prague, worth over CZK 40 billion, and we are also providing support during the implementation phase of the construction. This is one of the largest investments in transport infrastructure in the Czech Republic in the last decade.
One of the first successful Design & Build projects in the public sector. We guided the investor through all phases from preparation through the competition for the selection of the contractor to the implementation phase until the final commissioning of the building, which is already serving the residents of the Prague 12 district.
For the electricity distribution network operator, we organised the creation of a stable network of suppliers for troubleshooting, upgrading, expanding and reliable operation of the distribution network. The total volume of the project is approximately CZK 4.7 billion.
We ensured the preparation and award of three complex contracts for the renewal of water management infrastructure in North Bohemia with total investment costs of approximately CZK 3 billion.
Completion of a dismantled torso of a building from the 1990s into a modern multi-purpose building using the Design & Build method, which will be used, among other things, for affordable housing. We competitively procured a general contractor for the project.
For the investor, we prepared and implemented a competition for the contractor for the complex reconstruction of the listed building of the Imperial Baths in the centre of Karlovy Vary.
