Eva specializes in public procurement advice and provides comprehensive legal advice to contracting authorities and suppliers, including representing them in administrative proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition and administrative courts.
She has been part of the firm since January 2023, and prior to joining the firm she worked in the legal profession, in particular in a law firm specializing in public procurement, where she focused exclusively on public procurement law and administrative proceedings, and in public administration, specifically at the Ministry of Transport, where she gained experience in public procurement administration, and at the Office for the Protection of Competition, where she gained experience in public procurement reviews.
In 2021 she was admitted to the Czech Bar Association. Eva is active in the publication of professional articles related to public procurement issues and participated as a co-author in the preparation of the commentary on the Public Procurement Act, which was published by C. H. Beck.
She was involved in the comprehensive preparation of the terms of reference for public procurement contracts focused on cyber security.
Participated in the modification of the internal regulations of a contracting authority, which dealt with procurement within its organization.
Participated in the preparation of a methodology for contracting authorities regulating the impact of international sanctions against Russia and Belarus on public procurement.
Participated in the revision of the model terms of reference for public works contracts.
Represented contracting authorities in administrative proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition and administrative courts.
