Lucie Vaculínová is a specialist in public investment and regarding the law of information and communication technologies. She provides comprehensive legal advice to both contracting authorities and bidders in public procurements when preparing their bids, as well as in building information systems and outsourcing projects.
Lucie has wide experience in providing legal support in the preparation of tender documents under the terms of the Public Procurement Act, including the processing of complex contractual terms in many important projects (ICT, construction, education, etc.), the value of which has amounted to one billion CZK. She has also provided legal support to candidates for major public procurements with projects co-financed from the operational programs of the European Union awarded in the Czech Republic. She also provides specialized legal opinions on key issues in the field of public procurement and concessions, and has experience with the proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition.
