Marek specializes in insolvency law. He provides legal advice to both creditors and debtors.

Within the scope of his practice, he is involved in the complex management of insolvency proceedings, from the preparation of insolvency petitions, filing of claims, representation of clients in review hearings to the defense of claims following incidents.

Marek focuses on civil litigation and criminal law. He also deals with collective proceedings.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc. During his studies, he also participated in a study stay at the Faculty of Law of the University of Wrocław, which sparked his interest in legal comparative studies of the Czech and Polish legal systems. He was also a member of the successful Human Rights Moot Court team in 2018/2019.
