Marie Koštělová is a specialist in corporate law, commercial transactions and M&A, and provides comprehensive legal advice in these areas to clients from the private and public sectors.

In the past, Marie has worked in leading Czech law firms with international reach. As part of her practice, she has been involved in major international and local projects, including multi-billion CZK acquisition projects and related transaction structuring, organization and execution of due diligence, and acquisition financing solutions, as well as the entire transaction.

Marie provides legal advice to Czech and foreign clients operating in various sectors, in particular venture capital, industrial manufacturing, metallurgy and engineering and IT with an overlap into other jurisdictions.

She also specializes in advising investors and start-ups on the entry of investors into start-up projects, advising on joint ventures, corporate transformations, management of group and holding structures and corporate governance.
