At ROWAN LEGAL, Michal Jeníček focuses on contract law (especially drafting and revising IT contracts), copyright law and information technology law (especially cybersecurity). He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University and is interested in information technology and its intersection with law.

In addition to his previous experience in advocacy, Michal has completed several internships, for example at the Czech Telecommunications Office, where he dealt with disputes under the Electronic Communications Act, participated in commenting on the Digital Services Act and seminars, and participated in other activities of the Office, for example at the District Court or in the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic.
