At ROWAN LEGAL, Pavel Hejl specializes in information technology, cybersecurity and personal data protection. However, he also has extensive experience in the areas of competition and telecommunications law.
In his practice, Pavel Hejl advises both global ICT companies and leading companies in the Czech Republic in the field of information technology, in particular in the selection of suppliers of complex and technologically demanding enterprise information systems and the negotiation of related contractual documentation (in particular implementation, support and maintenance agreements for information systems). In addition, Pavel has long-term experience in acting for technology companies as a so-called “virtual legal department”.
Pavel also frequently presents at conferences throughout the Czech Republic and is one of the authors of the commentary on the Patent Act, published in 2017 by C. H. Beck.
