Petr has long focused his practice on corporate law, transactional advisory and M&A. Petr also has extensive experience in litigation and compliance. He has provided his legal services to major Czech companies as well as multinational corporations and thus has a lot of experience with cross-border projects.

In the area of corporate law and transaction advisory, Petr has been involved in a number of significant projects worth several billion crowns, providing his clients with comprehensive services consisting in the preparation of legal due diligence of target companies, preparation of transaction documentation and also participation in the negotiation of the terms of implementation of these projects. Petr also has experience in providing legal services in the field of corporate governance, including organizing and conducting a number of general meetings of major Czech and international companies and identifying related acts.

Petr also has extensive experience in litigation, having represented leading Czech companies operating in the transport and energy sectors in disputes with a total value of over one billion crowns.
