Radim Obert has been an Associate at ROWAN LEGAL since 2020. Radim has long specialized in representing clients in court proceedings, including advising them in the pre-trial phase of litigation, as well as defending clients in criminal proceedings. In the area of criminal law, he also focuses significantly on the increasingly topical issue of criminal liability of legal entities, and additionally provides legal services in the area of administrative litigation and employment law.
Prior to joining ROWAN LEGAL, Radim worked for a major Czech law firm for over eight years as a law clerk and then as an attorney-at-law. Radim has many years of experience as an in-house lawyer for a major client (FMCG sector) operating in a highly regulated industry and also from the state administration.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2011.
