Romana specializes in advising on employment law, in particular on individual and collective labor relations, drafting contractual documentation and internal regulations, the recruitment and dismissal of employees, including negotiating out-of-court dispute resolution and resolving labor disputes.

She also focuses on occupational health and safety advice, labor law compliance, handling ethical incidents in the workplace, employee privacy protection and compensation in labor relations. She also focuses on the area of foreign nationality law, in particular the employment of foreign nationals and the posting of employees abroad. Romana also focuses on civil law and corporate law. During her career, she has been involved as a legal advisor in major projects, especially for clients with foreign ownership, with a high proportion of advice in English and French.

Romana joined ROWAN LEGAL in 2022 after having worked in prominent Czech law firms. In 2008 she was admitted to the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association. Romana graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, where she obtained her Master’s degree in 2004.
