At ROWAN LEGAL, Šimon Kania specializes in advising corporate clients on financial law and banking. He also specializes in commercial contracts. He is a graduate of the Masaryk University Faculty of Law and is interested in the functioning of financial markets, both legally and economically.
Šimon joined the law firm in 2020. During his studies, he tried various legal positions. He worked for a while in the non-profit sector, then did an internship at the court and has now been practicing law for several years. During his studies he also gained experience at foreign law schools, including a stay abroad within the Erasmus+ project.
