ICC Prague Arbitration Day 2023

ROWAN LEAL is a proud partner of the Prague Arbitration Day conference, which is organized by the ICC Czech Republic under the auspices of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. The sixth year of the conference will take place on 11 May 2023 and this year will as usual feature discussions on hot topics in arbitration. Miloš Olík, partner at ROWAN LEGAL, will be one of the speakers.

This one-day conference is divided into three consecutive panels, each dedicated to one arbitration topic. The traditional keynote speeches will be delivered by esteemed guests Yves Derains, former Secretary General of the ICC Court, José Feris and Jennifer Kirby, both former Deputy Secretaries General of the ICC Court.

The panels will address recent developments and best practices in drafting arbitration agreements, sanctions and other challenges in international arbitration, and the issue of interventions in arbitration by the courts.
