Gabriela Luňáková specializes in M&A and corporate law advisory. She also focuses on real estate.
In the area of transaction advisory, Gabriela has been involved in projects where she has provided her clients with services consisting of due diligence of target companies, preparation of transaction documentation as well as participation in negotiating the terms of implementation of these projects, both on the sellers’ and buyers’ side. Gabriela also has experience in providing corporate governance services. Gabriela has provided her legal services to both Czech companies and multinational corporations.
Gabriela also has experience in litigation and real estate and related contractual documentation.
Gabriela graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno and the Faculty of Social Studies at the same university. In 2017 she was admitted to the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association. Gabriela joined the firm in 2022 after working for other law firms in the Czech Republic.

Advising a Czech investment group on the acquisition of real estate in Prague and its surroundings, including negotiating the terms of financing the transaction and the subsequent implementation of the company’s own corporate governance.
Advising a Czech real estate development company in connection with the construction of real estate and its financing.
Advising a Czech energy group on the acquisition of technology and service companies.
Advising a state-owned company in connection with the transfer of a plant and merger with another state-owned company.
Advising municipalities on the acquisition and further disposal of assets, in particular real estate.
