Julie specializes in real estate, M&A, financing and corporate law. She also specializes in personal data protection.

Julie has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to developers, owners of retail centres and office buildings (both in operation and under construction). Julie is often responsible for negotiation and drafting lease documentation and contracts related to the construction, and financing of various real estate projects. In the field of real estate, she also has experience in acquisitions and sale of real estate complexes and, among other agendas, in managing GDPR compliance projects within national and multinational companies.

Julie joined the firm in 2023 after working for six years at a law firm specialized in real estate law. She was admitted to the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association in January 2023.
