Kateřina specializes in consulting in the field of intellectual property and copyright law. She also specializes in personal data protection and general contract law.
Kateřina joined the firm in 2023 after a long career at a law firm in the Czech Republic as a junior lawyer and before that as a legal assistant, where she gained general practice. She focused mainly on commercial law, consumer law and personal data protection.
Kateřina graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where she obtained her Master’s degree in the year 2022. She was also admitted to the list of junior lawyers of the Czech Bar Association in the year 2022.
