Martina Farská is a dispute resolution specialist who in her practice focuses on arbitrations, including international commercial arbitrations and investment disputes.

Prior to joining ROWAN LEGAL in 2023, Martina worked for more than five years for a law firm in the United Kingdom, where she developed a wide-ranging practice with a particular focus on dispute resolution. She has experience in a variety of disputes, with an emphasis on breach of contract, debt and negligence cases. She is also knowledgeable when it comes to shareholder disputes and advising in respect of directors’ duties.

Martina has experience managing cases at all stages of the litigation process, including advising on alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation or without prejudice negotiations.

She was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2021. A graduate of the University of Warwick with a First-Class degree, she subsequently completed her master’s degree at the University of Law in Birmingham with distinction.
