Michala specializes in real estate consultancy and proceedings under the Administrative Code and the Building Act. She also specializes in environmental law.

In the area of real estate and construction law, she has experience in a number of acquisition transactions in the form of asset deals and share deals (both on the sellers’ and buyers’ side), not only in relation to industrial and commercial buildings, but also residential buildings. Michala has also advised on the construction and/or subsequent leasing of office buildings and other commercial premises. In the area of administrative law, Michala has experience in drafting a number of opinions and legal analyses relating to the implementation of various construction projects for both public and private sector clients.

Michala joined the firm in January 2023 after working in other law firms in the Czech Republic. She was admitted to the Czech Bar Association’s list of attorneys in 2017.

Advising on legal due diligence, construction and subsequent sale of a residential housing in Prague-East.

Advising major real estate funds and individuals in the management of their real estate portfolio in the Czech Republic.
