The main tasks of our Business Development Manager
- Monitor the market.
- Systematically work with the existing business contacts.
- Prepare action plans to exploit full potential out of existing contact and client base.
- Manage systematic secondary aquisition of mandates from current clients of the law firm, oversee the sales work.
- Supervise bid management.
- Coordinate international relations with foreign law firms, evidence of mutual work, systematic development of new contacts.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Czech.
- Experience in Business Consulting and/or Business Development.
- Proven track record in sales management, business development and relevant experience within professional service sector .
- Highly motivated, results-oriented with strong skills in presenting, communicating, organizing, multitasking and time management.
- Positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills.
