The leaders of the Czech and Slovak competition community met on 30 May 2024 at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. They discussed the most topical issues in competition law, such as the relationship between competition law and artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), data protection and privacy, and innovation in digital markets.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Office of the Competition Commissioner Petr Mlsna and Kamil Nejezchleb, the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic Juraj Bena, the Chief Economist of the Competition Commission of Hong Kong Milan Brouček and our senior attorney and founding member of the Society of Competition Law and Regulation Jiří Mňuk.
