April was a busy month for the law firms. During single month the results of the two of the most prestigious law rankings were announced.
The Legal 500 was the first to publish its rankings of the European law firms. ROWAN LEGAL scored high in the Banking, finance and capital markets, Commercial, corporate and M&A and Dispute resolution (Tier 4). However, we achieved the best result in the TMT category where we were ranked in the Tier 3.
Our Slovak colleagues were ranked as well – they were included in Tier 6 for Commercial, corporate and M&A.
In the second half of the month the results of Chambers & Partners were announced. We achieved the first place in the category TMT (Band 1). The editors then appraised our experience in Intellectual Property (Band 2) and Dispute resolution (Recognized Practitioner). The Slovak branch was ranked in Dispute resolution category (Band 3).
Both rankings have high reputation not only in Europe. Their results are based on thorough research of the law market in EMEA region as well as on field research when the editors are contacting via e-mail or phone call not only the referral clients but the competition as well. It results in creating trustworthy and objective guidance for clients on which law firm to choose.
