Prague, April 24, 2025 – ROWAN LEGAL is pleased to announce the arrival of a significant addition to the firm. Olga Kaizar joins as a partner from PwC Legal and will be responsible for the real estate practice.
Olga Kaizar brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate legal services. She has expertise in large real estate transactions as well as in complex real estate advisory services including, but not limited to, M&A transactions related to financing or restructurings. She also deals with ESG and environmental law issues, in which she has been actively involved in the development of services for clients.
Previous experience
In her career to date, she has worked as a partner in leading international consultancies, where she led teams providing comprehensive advice on the acquisition and management of large real estate portfolios in various sectors – from logistics parks to office and retail space to hotel and residential projects.

Olga Kaizar is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and is fluent in English and Italian. She enjoys cycling, skiing and travelling.
