JUDr. Petr Syrovátko, LL.M, Ph.D. specializes in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He brings expertise in complex cross-border disputes throughout Central and Eastern Europe. His knowledge encompasses contract law, restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
Syrovátko arrives from PwC Legal. He previously led the dispute resolution practice at Wolf Theiss and honed his skills at BBH. Petr also gained valuable banking sector experience focusing on commercial disputes and serves as a Czech Bar Association member and practicing arbitrator.
The appointment represents a strategic expansion of ROWAN LEGAL’s litigation capabilities. Syrovátko’s track record includes handling high-stakes commercial litigation and international arbitration cases. His experience spans multiple jurisdictions and legal systems across the CEE region. He has represented both domestic and international clients in complex commercial disputes.

Petr Syrovátko graduated from Charles University’s Faculty of Law (JUDr., Ph.D.). He earned his LL.M. from the University of Passau in Germany. His academic background provides a strong foundation for his international practice.
