Prague, 7 June 2024 – ROWAN LEGAL has made a significant contribution to the closing of an important M&A deal, acquisition in the Czech Republic. The company provided legal and tax advice to the CEIP investment fund, which bought a majority stake in the BLOCK group in Valašské Meziříčí.
