ROWAN LEGAL partner Miloš Olík has been appointed to the Commission for international arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. His term runs from 1 July 2024 until 30 June 2027. Miloš Olík is among the 1,400 members from over 100 countries, including lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, corporate counsel, academics, and all professionals in the field of international dispute resolution.
The Commission´s mission is to gather expertise on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Produces reports, recommendations, and guidelines on practical, procedural and legal issues in arbitration and ADR. The Commission also provides information on proposed changes to the rules applied by the ICC Dispute Resolution Services.
