Prague, 10 June 2024 – ROWAN LEGAL has significantly strengthened its M&A and corporate law. Jiří Halaburt took up the position of Senior Associate in June.
Jiří Halaburt specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and litigation. He also has experience in real estate and labor law. In his practice, he specializes in mediating and developing relationships with clients and business partners. Especially in Germany, but also in other German-speaking countries. To do this, he uses his experience from many years of cooperation, especially with German chambers of commerce and other professional organizations.
Previous experience in corporate law
He comes to ROWAN LEGAL from the law firm Arrows, in the past he also worked at Havel & Partners, and also led the law firm Halaburt, Schwarzer & Partner.

Jiří Halaburt is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University and Notthigham Trent University. In his free time, he enjoys sports activities, especially fitness, running and skiing, and he also likes to travel. He is fluent in English and German.
