Her practice focuses on litigation and she has extensive experience in family law. Jana graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where she obtained a Master’s degree.
An important part of her work is the preparation of defense strategy, drafting of pleadings and participation in criminal proceedings. In her specialization, she also deals with the substantive and procedural aspects of criminal liability, with a focus on the issue of transfer of criminal liability and criminal law risks arising from the business activities of legal and natural persons.
