During his studies, Martin focused mainly on commercial law and litigation. He also represented Charles University in the Vis Moot Court for two consecutive years and currently coaches the university team.
Prior to that, he worked at a domestic law firm where he focused on civil litigation. Martin graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he received his Master’s degree in 2023. He also studied for a year at Radboud University in the Netherlands under the Erasmus+ programme.
