He has represented states in investment disputes, international and national arbitrations, and proceedings before national courts. He serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, as well as at the Arbitration Board of the Football Association of the Czech Republic.

In the energy sector, he negotiated the contractual framework for the completion of the Dukovany nuclear power plant with ČEZ on behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Government of the Czech Republic.

Provided comprehensive legal services to the client Severočeská vodárenská společnost a.s. related to the implementation of the project “Ensuring the operation of water supply infrastructure after 2020” with a value of tens of billions of CZK excluding VAT. Participated in the process from the preparation of a study of alternatives through the implementation of the purchase of the majority share from Veolia to the subsequent establishment of joint venture structures and shareholder agreements.
Provided legal support to a major electricity generation and distribution services company in a project for the long-term lease of part of a commercial plant.

Advised the City of Prague in connection with court proceedings related to information technology projects (dispute resolution regarding the Opencard project).

Represented WPB Capital, a savings cooperative, in a EUR 60 million damages claim.
Provided comprehensive legal advice to the Czech Republic – Ministry of the Interior on the transformation of Česká pošta, s.p., a spin-off plant of ICT, into an independent state enterprise and its merger with the state enterprise NAKIT. As part of this legal service, he also participated in the assessment of the possible ways of this transformation, as well as the impact of specific ways of transformation on property, contractual, labour and project relations and drafted the necessary legislation.
He was involved in the conception and creation of a state venture capital fund for the contracting authority Czech Republic – Ministry of Industry and Trade and in the assessment in terms of state aid and approval by the EC and a set of public tenders for administrators and depositories.
Provided comprehensive legal services related to the successful award of the public contract for the contracting authority Prague 8 – “Centrum Palmovka – Construction of a building with office and commercial premises and their subsequent management with provision of related services” with a value exceeding CZK 1 billion excluding VAT, awarded in a competitive dialogue.
