Mgr. Jana Šlapáková

Initially, she focused on reviewing decisions in competition cases and defending these cases before administrative courts. Later, as the director of the Department of Methodology and Control over Market Power in the Legislation and Public Regulation Section, she not only managed administrative proceedings but also concentrated on legislative development, particularly in establishing the framework for punishing unfair trading practices.
