He focuses primarily on advising clients in proceedings before competition authorities concerning mergers, prohibited agreements, and abuse of dominant position. He also advises on competition law aspects of day-to-day business, including compliance and issues related to damages resulting from distortion of competition.
Prior to that, he worked for several years at one of the largest domestic law firms. In 2022, he earned a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague.
