Michaela specializes in all areas of administrative law, advising clients at any stage of administrative proceedings. She also specializes in litigation before administrative and civil courts.

Michaela provides legal services to private clients and public institutions. In the field of administrative law, she focuses on environmental and waste management law, land and construction law and employment law. In the area of civil litigation she handles claims for damages, unfair competition and advertising and media law. Based on further academic experience, she is also interested in the area of protection of personality and privacy (in particular revenge porn), including its overlap with criminal law.

Michaela has returned to ROWAN LEGAL as an associate after a break of several years. Previously, she worked at the Supreme Administrative Court and completed an internship at the European Parliament and the editorial office of Hospodářské noviny. In 2023 Michaela was admitted to the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association.
