Olga Kaizar is a partner in the Real Estate practice.

Her practice has long focused on providing legal advice for large-scale real estate projects, including their purchase or sale, management, construction preparation, and financing. She has led teams advising on the development of large-scale projects in Prague and has also been involved in major transactions related to the purchase and sale of large real estate portfolios across multiple European and other jurisdictions.

Olga represents major real estate development and investment companies, particularly in transaction and investment advisory services,

as well as subsequent management of real estate portfolios. She advises clients on the management and development of large areas and on the negotiation of contracts worth hundreds of millions of crowns.

She provides expert advice to private and public sector clients in the areas of rental housing,

management and investment in hotel portfolios. She also provides professional counsel on logistics, retail portfolios and office buildings.

She managed a team implementing the sale of a major hotel and spa portfolio in Mariánské Lázně from several private investors to the CIMEX Group, including the provision of bridge financing.

CPIPG

For CPIPG, she provided legal services in the acquisition of international portfolios, including the takeover of ORCO, ABLON and others, participated in the acquisition of a large agricultural portfolio in the Czech Republic, and participated in major hotel transactions and the acquisition of a portfolio in Italy. Among other things, she provided legal advice on portfolio management and participated in major insolvency projects.
