Štěpán is a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University. At ROWAN LEGAL, he focuses on public procurement law.
Štěpán joined the law firm in 2025. In his previous role, he focused on document preparation and liaising with institutions at the Brno Bailiff’s Office. He also has experience in moderation, music, and is an active scout.
