Prague 5 August 2024 – Vojtěch Bartoš, an attorney specializing in personal data protection, joins ROWAN LEGAL.
Vojtěch Bartoš is a leading expert in the field of personal data and privacy, digital marketing and contract and European law. He joins ROWAN LEGAL from Havel & Partners and gained his experience as a lawyer at the International Arbitration and Foreign Investment Protection Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. As part of his practice, he has also focused on the media and its connection with law. He has previously contributed to the judicial supplement of a national daily newspaper. He has also worked as a presenter of a TV program dealing with justice on Czech Television. Vojtěch Bartoš is also co-author of an expert commentary on GDPR.

Education and Membership
Vojtěch Bartoš graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and also studied at the Faculty of Law and Criminology of KU Leuven in Belgium. He is a member of the Bar Association, the Czech Society for European and Comparative Law and the Common Law Society.
