ROWAN LEGAL has secured an acquittal of the Rio Olympics race walk gold medallist Matej Toth before the Disciplinary Committee of the Slovakian Athletic Federation. The Committee ruled that the athlete had not breached any anti-doping regulations. The athlete was facing charges for alleged violation of anti-doping rules based on irregularities in his biological passport. The team was led by partner Martin Maisner and comprised of senior associates Michal Čáp and Jaroslav Heyduk with the support of many other colleagues. The verdict of the Committee is subject to review by the IAAF’S Athletics Integrity Unit.
