Miloš Olík is among the 1,400 members from over 100 countries, including lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, corporate counsel, academics and all professionals in the field of international dispute resolution.
What is the role of the commission?
The Commission´s mission is to gather expertise on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. The Commission produces reports, recommendations and guidelines on practical, procedural and legal issues in arbitration and ADR. The Commission also provides information on proposed changes to the rules applied by the ICC Dispute Resolution Services.
