Law Firm of the Year 2019 announced: ROWAN LEGAL recommended in 15 categories and awarded in 3 of them
On November 4, 2019, the awards ceremony of prestigious local ranking the Law Firm of the Year took place in Palác Žofín. The ranking is organized by epravo.cz under the auspices of the Czech Bar Association and the Czech Ministry of Justice.
This year we have been recommended in 15 categories (out of a total of 18 potential categories). In comparison to last year we have been recommended in two new categories: Compliance and Logistics & transport infrastructure. Besides that, we have also been recommended in Employment Law and Criminal Law for the first time.
ROWAN LEGAL received 3 awards as Law Firm of the Year 2019 in categories: Competition & Antitrust, Energy & Projects and Intellectual Property. It is first time in our history we have received 3 awards and we are the only one who has won in 3 categories. This success confirms our commitment to being one of the best law firms on the Czech market and also our efforts to grow our practice outside our borders.
This is only the second consecutive year in which awards have been given in the Energy & Projects category, but the level of services provided by law firms in this area is very high, so it is a very competitive market. After being among the top tier law firms in this area last year, we reached the very top this year and have been awarded: The Law Firm of the Year 2019 in Energy & Projects. “The inclusion of Energy as one of the new categories of Law Firm of the Year confirms how important this area is and will be in the future.
