Nové Holešovice project
Prague, June 9, 2025 – ROWAN LEGAL has provided legal advisory services to the joint venture of major developers and the Prague Public Transit Company (DPP) in the preparation and execution of land acquisition for the Nové Holešovice project. This project marks a significant step in the transformation of the northern part of the Bubny-Zátory area into a modern urban district, emphasizing office spaces, housing, and services.
The area around the Nádraží Holešovice metro station was intended to be revitalized through the creation of the joint venture, which was established by DPP and Nové Holešovice Development, formed by Karlín Group and CPI Property Group. ROWAN LEGAL provided legal services to this joint venture, which included the drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation governing the first phase of the development of this area and the future transfer of key land parcels.
ROWAN LEGAL has legally supported other significant development projects prior to this transaction. For instance, the firm recently advised Czech Railways on the sale of strategic land in Prague’s Žižkov district.
