Jakub Zámyslický specializes in real estate and construction law at ROWAN LEGAL.

Jakub provides comprehensive legal advice on the preparation, implementation, management, leasing and sale of industrial, office, retail and residential projects, including conducting legal due diligence on real estate. Throughout his career, Jakub has provided these services not only to Czech and international developers, funds and other property owners, but also to tenants and construction companies.

Jakub Zámyslický joined the firm in 2022 after working at the largest law firm in the Czech Republic, where he spent eight years as an associate and senior associate. In 2013, he was admitted to the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association

(Jakub graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2009, where he received his master’s degree and in 2010 his doctoral degree.
