Miloš Olík listed in prestigious publication Who’s Who Legal: Mediation 2018

This prestigious honour was recently awarded to Miloš Olík, a partner at ROWAN LEGAL. Based on a survey among clients and lawyers around the globe, he was ranked as an accomplished mediator in this year’s edition of the independent publication Who’s Who Legal: Mediation.

Miloš Olík leads a dispute resolution practice at ROWAN LEGAL and is very active as an arbitrator and mediator. In May of this year, he was appointed to the Executive Committee of the European Section of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), the world-renowned organization of leading experts in arbitration and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution).

Recently, he has also taken on the role of arbitrator in important cases before the ICSID (International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes).

Miloš has worked as an arbitrator in over 130 arbitrations and is listed as an arbitrator with the Arbitration court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and the world’s leading institutions (CIETAC, LCIA, VIAC, HKIAC). He is the Chairman of the Council of Arbitrators of Football Association of the Czech Republic and is a member of many professional associations and organizations. He is active in those fields dealing with alternative dispute resolution in the framework of the International Chamber of Commerce.
