Lawyers of ROWAN LEGAL, together with lawyers from other jurisdictions, created this valuable, annually issued comparative publication.
Practical guide deals with individual questions both as regards new legislation set out in GDPR and legislation set out in national legislation (including the Electronic Communications Act or the Law on Some Information Society Services).
