ROWAN LEGAL participates in major M&A transaction

ROWAN LEGAL has made a significant contribution to the closing of an important mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction in the Czech Republic. ROWAN LEGAL provided legal and tax advice to the investment fund CEIP, which acquired a 70% stake in AMiT.
