What we do for clients

  • Comprehensive legal advice and representation of providers and recipients of public aid, including representation before the European Commission and courts in connection with unlawful public aid.
  • Comprehensive legal advice to contracting authorities and contractors during procurement procedures and the implementation of public contracts, preparation of objections and motions to the Office for Public Procurement, and representation before administrative courts. Advising in connection with competition rules in public procurement (bid rigging) or compensation for damages arising from the unlawful practices of the contracting authority.
  • Subsidy consultancy for both providers and recipients, including compliance checks based on applicable subsidy rules and procedural defense in cases where subsidies are reduced due to breaches of these rules.
  • Advising on regulatory issues in the public sector, as well as on specific regulation in public administration (rules on the disposal of state property, municipal sector).
