During his career, Jaroslav has participated as a legal advisor in several arbitrations under the ICC, international investment arbitrations and also has significant experience in arbitration proceedings in general. Jaroslav specializes in dispute resolution and has extensive experience in representing clients before the Czech courts, including the Supreme, Supreme Administrative and Constitutional Courts.
