Jiří Mňuk

Jiří Mňuk specializes in providing legal advice in the field of competition law and public regulation, including representation in related administrative and court proceedings. At ROWAN LEGAL, he is responsible for leading the competition practice.

He advises clients on all aspects of competition law, including cartels, abuse of dominant position, mergers and public aid. He represents clients in competition law infringement proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition, the European Commission, and in court proceedings related to compensation for damages caused by anti-competitive conduct.

Additionally, he advises on complex infrastructure and transformation projects in the energy, telecommunications and other regulated sectors.

He also advises on complex transactions involving competition and regulatory notifications to regulatory authorities in the EU and other jurisdictions abroad.

Jiří graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University

in Prague (LL.M., 2015) and the Faculty of Laws, University College London (LL.M. with a specialization in Competition Law, 2022). In 2023, he co-founded the Society of Competition Law and Regulation.
