Jiří Mňuk specializes in providing legal advice in the field of competition law and public regulation, including representation in related administrative and court proceedings.
Jiří has extensive experience in providing legal services in competition and regulatory matters, particularly in telecommunications and other regulated network industries. He has been involved in a number of complex projects concerning the construction and operation of telecommunications infrastructure or mergers of undertakings in various EU countries. He also has significant experience in representing clients in proceedings alleging breaches of competition law brought by competition authorities, including the European Commission, and has been involved in representation in court proceedings with competition or regulatory elements.
Jiří joined ROWAN LEGAL in 2023 after working at domestic and foreign law firms. In 2019, he was admitted to the list of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2015 and from University College London in 2022, where he specialized in competition law.

Advising on competition law aspects of notification of an acquisition in the technology sector to the European Commission.
Advising a client in connection with the contemplated acquisition of an entity in the telecommunications infrastructure sector in several EU Member States.
Advising a client in connection with a proposal to conduct an economic balancing test for passenger rail transport, including representation in related administrative and judicial proceedings.
