Lucie Wellartová has long specialized in public procurement, administrative law, construction law and administrative justice law at ROWAN LEGAL. She provides comprehensive advice to clients from the public and private sectors.

In the public sector, she focuses mainly on public procurement law, construction law and administrative proceedings related to the construction of development projects. She advises contracting authorities and contractors, in the preparation of tender conditions or the preparation of tenders, in the implementation of or participation in tender procedures, as well as in opposition and review proceedings before the Public Procurement Office and in the administrative justice system.

In the field of construction law, she has experience in providing complex advice on various construction projects, including dispute resolution in the field of construction law.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2022, she worked for several years at other leading Czech law firms.
