Michaela Holíková specializes in cyber security, energy and climate law for corporate clients and public entities. She has extensive experience in negotiating contractual cybersecurity requirements within secure supply chain management.  

Michaela is experienced in the field of cyber security management, personal data protection and compliance, thanks to her work in the largest Czech ICT company (now ARICOMA) and as a cyber security manager for clients in public administration. Michaela has experience in implementing security measures, managing risks, and security awareness.

Michaela joined the law firm in 2024 from an international company that is a leader in energy transformation and the implementation of flexible energy network management systems. Michaela graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno, where in 2023 she successfully defended her diploma thesis on the legal aspects of implementing smart metering (“smart grid”) in the Czech Republic and obtained a Master’s degree.
